Allison realizes that DR. THOMAS, the eminent physician who saved her life, is also a mercy killer who makes daily life-and-death decisions, but often chooses death as his first option…
[DR. THOMAS] An eminent physician in his 40s to mid 50s, a man who emits an air of calm authority, even in the direst circumstances, he’s the Director Of Oncology at the hospital where Allison almost died — and in fact, he brought her back from the verge of death single-handedly. But just behind his veneer of absolute omniscience and controlled omnipotence is a demon of arrogance, a man who believes that his experience in making life-or-death decisions gives him the right to sometimes choose death. Guilty of having quietly terminated the lives of dozens of dying patients with overdoses of potassium, Dr. Thomas is wholly unapologetic about his actions, believing that his form of administered death is considerably kinder than God’s. But when he’s confronted by Allison, and finds that she’s somehow learned just enough to make his life irritatingly complicated, Dr. Thomas starts to use his busy little hypo full of potassium in ways that are far from Godlike…GUEST STAR (3) PLEASE SUBMIT ALL ETHNICITIES
[WILLEM] A young man of about 30, Willem is up for the same Engineering job as Joe Dubois, but he’s panicky as hell before his interview: he pukes in the restroom and looks anxious and harried, like a man who might develop an ulcer at an early age. He’s been unemployed for some time, his marriage is dissolving like Kleenex in water, and he’s literally desperate to get hired. Bridgette’s dreams soon reveal to Joe the unhappy fact that his chief rival for a job is a consummate backstabber, who needs a paycheck more than he needs his self-respect…GUEST STAR (16) PLEASE SUBMIT ALL ETHNICITIES
[JERRY] A man in his early 50s, with stooped shoulders and bags under his eyes, Jerry is the Chief Administrator of the Mariposa Medical Center, the hospital that employs Dr. Thomas; instead of looking like a bigshot in the medical business, Jerry looks like a modern-day reincarnation of Willy Loman, haggard and downbeat. Confronted by Allison with her suspicions about Dr. Thomas, Jerry is indignant and offended, and denies her outrageous accusations absolutely. But in fact, Jerry is quite thoroughly under Dr. Thomas’s thumb, because the good doctor did Jerry a favor once upon a time, and gave his alcoholic wife a lethal injection that made Jerry a “free man.” Unfortunately, when suspicions against Dr. Thomas spread from Allison to Devalos, Jerry has outlived his usefulness to Dr. Thomas, and it’s time for another of those life-or-death decisions that Thomas does so well, and so often…GUEST STAR (41) PLEASE SUBMIT ALL ETHNICITIES
[ROSEMARY] About 40, Rosemary is a patient at the Mariposa Medical Center, and she’s quite ill. She’s frail, and a scarf hides the hair loss that is clearly a result of chemotherapy. Once Allison’s roommate at the hospital, Rosemary has not been as lucky as Allison; her tumor, nicknamed “Prudence,” is growing and will soon kill her. Determined to put on a bright face for Allison’s visit, Rosemary reluctantly reveals that her cancer is in stage four. But soon after, Rosemary is suddenly dead of respiratory failure, and Allison learns (partly from Rosemary’s restless ghost) that Dr. Stafford murdered her..sptv050769.GUEST STAR (10) PLEASE SUBMIT ALL ETHNICITIES

The team investigates the murder of 17 year old skate-boarder NASH back in 1995, when he was escaping from a terrible homelife and trying to make some money so he could get his yonger brother MICK to live with him. Unfortunately, the pressures of the street and the cut-throat competition of boarders to get sponsors resulted in Nash’s murder, which remained unsolved…till now…
[NASH (1995)] 17 years old, whip thin, torn jeans, ratty shoes, a good kid caught in a nightmarish home situation, Nash is a very talented skateboarder, effortless, graceful, daring and charismatic. With his mom involved in an abusive relationship with her new boyfriend, Nash takes off from New Jersey to Philly, despite his regrets at leaving his younger brother Mick to bear the brunt of their mom’s mistakes. Part of the street skateboarder crowd in Philly, Nash makes an enemy of local boarder Grady by stealing his girl and catching the eye of Grady’s sponsor. Determined to get a sponsor so he can make some serious cash and bring Mick to live with him, Nash finds that his effortless talent brings him not only success, but tragedy…GUEST STAR (1)PLEASE SUBMIT ACTORS WHO CAN SKATEBOARD OR WHO ARE PROFESSIONAL SKATEBOARDERS. Questioned by Vera and Miller because of his friendship with Nash and Cal back in 1995, Steve remembers Nash very well, particularly his extraordinary talent, and also gives some clues about Nash’s contentious relationship with his rival, Grady. Struggling back in 1995, Steve never has much money but he puts his business on the line when he decides to sponsor Nash, only to find that Nash went with a more financially secure deal…GUEST STAR (18)
